2. Disclaimer of Boundary Data & Official Verification
CivicPath provides GIS-based constituency boundary mapping and location resolution for public informational and reference purposes only.
CivicPath is not an official government portal. For official voter registration, electoral roll verification, or legal dispute resolution, users should consult the official Election Commission of India (ECI) or Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Tamil Nadu portals.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom source code, application interfaces, and map styling scripts are the property of SeyaliCraft. Map tile rendering utilizes open geographic datasets subject to their respective open licenses.
4. Limitation of Liability
CivicPath and SeyaliCraft shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, delays in GPS resolution, or decisions made based upon constituency boundary calculations rendered by the tool.
